By purchasing artwork from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. All original artwork, prints, images, designs, and creative content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the artist, unless otherwise stated. The purchase of an original painting or print transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, and all other intellectual property rights remain solely with the artist.

  2. The artist reserves the unrestricted right to reproduce any artwork in any format, including but not limited to fine art prints, books, publications, advertising, promotional materials, digital media, merchandise, home décor, textiles, stationery, and other commercial products. The artist also retains the right to license artwork to galleries, publishers, manufacturers, retailers, partner companies, and other third parties for commercial purposes at any time, regardless of whether the original artwork has been sold.

  3. Artwork purchased from this website may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, photographed for commercial use, distributed, modified, published, used to create derivative works, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of the artist.

  4. Buyers are welcome to display purchased artwork for their personal enjoyment in private homes or personal spaces. Ownership of the physical artwork does not include the right to reproduce or commercially exploit the image in any way.

  5. Every effort is made to accurately represent the colours and details of each artwork. Because screen settings vary between devices and because each original painting is handmade, slight differences in colour, texture, brushwork, and finish should be expected and are not considered defects.

  6. Prices are listed in the applicable currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

  7. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.

  8. If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  9. Unless otherwise stated, all sales of original artwork and prints are final. If a return or refund is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original condition before any refund is issued.

  10. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
